We offer Free Delivery mainland UK addresses. Delivery lead time for wallpaper is stated on each individual product page.

Unfortunately this excludes Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Scottish islands and Republic of Ireland.

Free Returns - UK Purchases

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however understand that sometimes goods may not be suitable or plans change.  Therefore we offer the below free returns policies.

Lighting

We offer free 14 day returns which begin from the day the goods have been delivered (not opened). As long as all lighting is returned to us in the original packaging and has not been used, installed or tampered with.  Please fill out the form below to arrange a return.

Wallpaper

We offer free 14 day returns which begin from the day the goods have been delivered (not opened). As long as the roll/s have not been opened or damaged and are returned back to us in the original packaging.  We cannot refund or accept partial rolls. Please fill out the form below to arrange a return.

Once goods are checked over, we will issue a refund within 7 days of receipt via the original payment method.

Returns - International Purchases

All the above terms apply, however the return cost will be the customers responsibility.  We strongly advise you opt for a fully insured tracked return service. Once goods are received and checked over, we will issue a refund within 7 days of receipt via the original payment method.

Damages

We advise checking all goods immediately to avoid damages being reported to us too late as we only have 48 hours from delivery to claim with the third party courier we use. Any damages must be reported to us via mail@decoville.co.uk with photographic evidence and customer order number.

Once received we will arrange collection or ask the customer to dispose of the goods. The customer will be given the option of a replacement or refund.
